My 32-inch LCD Samsung has been great for five months, then a dramatic death. While watching one day, a huge spark arched over the top of the TV, and it was absolutely dead. This was the beginning of my distress, as the warranty service was horrible. I made nearly two dozen phone calls to Samsung, the contractor for warranty service and technical. Visits planned for the service would not possess. It took almost a month and a half to get replacement parts installed. I will never buy a Samsung product again.
